Personal care tasks are provided and will include assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing, eating, and may include, but is not limited, to proper nutrition, home management, light housekeeping tasks, ambulation, transfer, colostomy care, G-tube care, peg tube care, trach care, and the taking of vital signs only in conjunction with the above tasks. 

Nursing tasks are provided by a RN or LPN and will include assistance with medication planning, disease education, medication education, wound care, and wound dressing.

SAIOP is a structured individual and group addiction activities and services program designed to assist individuals with recovery and to learn the skills necessary for recovery maintenance. We include TREM and Faith-Based methods in our SAIOP program delivery.

SACOT is a time limited and multi-faceted treatment service for individuals requiring structure and support to achieve and sustain recovery. We include TREM and Faith Based methods in our SACOT program delivery.

Responsible for providing counseling that will address the needs of war exposed veterans, minors of war exposed parents, raped or assault victims, natural and human disasters, or accident victims.

Provide individual-oriented therapy, combine traditional psychotherapy with a practical, problem-solving approach that creates a dynamic and efficient path for change and problem resolution.

Responsible for conducting assessments for each individual in the program to determine the level of need and types of counseling as required.

Private duty home care is one option that may fit your needs. Caregivers can provide a broad range of services to allow their clients to remain independent in their own homes.

Respite care is planned or emergency care provided to a child or adult with special needs in order to provide temporary relief to families who are caring for a child or an adult. This provides temporary relief to those who are caring for family members.

Adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses can receive companionship by our exceptional staff who is committed to perform duties around their homes in which they are incapable of performing.
